The number of cribs available varies depending on the apartment type chosen. Cribs are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The property does not offer extra beds.
The Onice and Patagonia suites offer the added comfort of a cozy sofa bed.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
For the reservation to be considered final we always require an escrow credit card or alternatively a deposit.
The facility can check the validity of the credit card provided at any time.
The balance of the reservation total is expected upon expiration of the cancellation policy which, with some exceptions*, provides for the balance:
14 days before arrival – for all periods for refundable plans.
Depending on seasonality, there may be variations on the cancellation policy that may vary.
Please note: Different conditions may apply for multiple or group bookings.
At the time of booking – for all periods for non-refundable plans.
*Please always adhere to the deposit and cancellation policy specified in your booking voucher and confirmation email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Refundable Rates:
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival
- 100% penalty for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show
For periods with different cancellation terms (2, 5, 7, or 30+ days before arrival), a 100% penalty applies for cancellations within the specified timeframe and for no-shows.
Non-Refundable Rates: No refund will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show.
Important Notes:
- After the free cancellation deadline, changes or free cancellations are no longer possible
- If a deposit has been paid, it will be refunded within the free cancellation period, although administrative fees may apply
- Please refer to your confirmation email for specific terms
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The tourist tax, to be paid at the end of the stay, is determined by the Municipality of Monopoli and may vary depending on the season.
The tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

- Bari – Airport / Railway Station / Port: approx. 70 km
- Brindisi – Airport / Railway Station / Port: approx. 48 km
USEFUL TIPS
Puglia is best explored by car. Many must-see destinations are spread across the region, and having your own vehicle offers greater flexibility and convenience.
If you need a car, we can arrange a rental service for you. Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive, we can organize private transfers.
